The main objectives of this syllabus are to provide a foundational education in literacy, numeracy, science, and health habits, foster a love for learning in children from a young age, and promote the overall development of young children.

The syllabus includes 6 subjects and they are: Literacy, Numeracy, Pre-Science, Health Habits, Social Habits, and Handwriting each tailored to introduce young learners to the basic things they are expected to know in a playful and engaging manner.
Children are taught using rhymes, posters, charts, pictures, and the things in their environment.
Literacy skills are introduced through phonetics, letter recognition, and some vocabulary activities, while numeracy skills are taught using counting, number recognition, shapes, and patterns through interactive games.
In Pre-nursery, progress is assessed through regular observations, checklists, and informal assessments that track the child’s development and learning milestones, to make sure they meet the expected outcomes.
As a parent, you can support your child’s learning by engaging in reading through the syllabus and practising similar activities at home. Try reading with your child, practising counting and number games, and teaching them healthy habits and routines.
