This unified scheme of work for Primary 2, is obtained from the Lagos State Government Ministry of  Education Unified Scheme of  Work for Primary Schools. In this scheme of work you will find insightful and comprehensive activities and teaching objectives for the pupils.

The main aim of this scheme is to help educators to plan their lessons. The scheme is already planned according to weeks and the objectives are also given, the educators just have to follow the outline of the topics and learning objectives. And make sure all the subject content are taught before the end of the academic session or term. 

This scheme will also serve as a manual for intentional parents who want to monitor their children’s academic journey progress. It will serve as a follow-up, to study the lesson taught in the school, and prepare the pupils ahead of the next

Primary School 2 Subjects

The Lagos State Unified Scheme of Work has 12 subjects. However, there are two broad subjects included which are Basic Science and Technology (Basic Science, Information Technology and Physical and Health Education), and National Value Education (Civic Education, Security Education, and Social Studies). 

In true terms, the Unified Scheme of Work has about 17 subjects to be taught to the pupils, with two subjects (Agriculture and Home Economics) being optional. Below are the list of subjects taken in Basic Primary Classes:
