About Numeracy Scheme of Work for Pre-Nursery Classes

Having a good foundation in Mathematics is one skill parents and educators should prioritize. This is why we urge you to take a look at this NAPPS Numeracy Scheme of Work for Nursery 1.

The scheme of work introduces children to numbers, counting, shapes, and simple arithmetic. Children are taught using charts, stamps, videos, flashcards, etc making it a fun, interactive class

The aim of this NAPPS Nursery 1 Numeracy Scheme of Work is to:

i. Provide young children with a solid foundation in basic math 

ii. Allow children to learn to recognize and count numbers, identify different shapes, 

iii. Fostering a love for math and encouraging children to explore the world of numbers.
