As the final year of secondary school, SSS3 focuses on preparing students for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

The Lagos State unified scheme of work for SSS3 is a key part of senior secondary education in Nigeria. It offers a structured and thorough plan to help students succeed in the WASSCE by covering essential subjects like Mathematics, English Language, and the Sciences, along with elective subjects that match students’ interests and career goals. This balanced approach ensures students gain a deep and broad understanding of the material needed for the WASSCE and future challenges.
