The topics covered are engaging and it aligns in developing the pupils to possess strong proficiency in the Hausa language.
This scheme covers topics such as sentence structure, written poetry, synonyms, letter writing, Hausa food, performing play, drug abuse, antonyms, greetings, reading children’s books, life skills, outdoor games and Hausa festivals.
By the end of primary 6, the pupils should be equipped with a strong knowledge of the Hausa language and cultural knowledge. This will prepare them for further studies at the Secondary school level and allow them to confidently participate in class.
